Review: My Experience With The Wheel by Watch Gang

What is The Wheel?

The Wheel is a fun and innovative way to buy your next watch, and every watch will be worth at least the price of the spin and sometimes much more. I’ll use The Wheel to buy myself another watch, but they also offer other products, such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses, sleep, coffee, handbags, fitness, and everyday carry.

To get started, click the Spin The Wheel button. They offer a lot of amazing watches, including women’s watches, fashion watches, sports watches, and luxury watches. I’m going to look at the fashion watches. The price is $75, but I have a discount code to make it more affordable. So here’s how it works. Once you’ve selected your wheel, choose the item you want and spin to see what you get. The items are divided into levels, and you’ll need to choose three level 1 items, two level 2 items, one level 3 item, one level 4 item, and one Grail. The Grail items are very luxurious products, such as a randomly-selected men’s Rolex with a retail price of $3,000, a men’s Omega watch with a price of $2,500, and a men’s Tag Heuer watch with a retail price of $2,500. After selecting the items that I like, I’ll spin.

Choosing My Watches

Level 1

For level 1, I’ve chosen the Boundless (Gun / Bracelet) by Tayroc. It’s a very aesthetically pleasing watch. It’s quite hard to decide between the colors, but I’ll go for this one because I like it more than the others. My next choice was the Admiralty Pro 200 w/date. I went with the Boundless by Tayroc in another color for my third choice. There are plenty of other options, but I like its design, and I would prefer a different version of the same watch over a different watch.

Level 2

I chose the CCCP watch in black for level 2, followed by the Pro Diver 35659 Invicta watch.

Level 3

There are so many options for level three, and you’re only allowed to choose one. It took me a long time to decide which watch I wanted to go for, but I went with the Commodus watch in silver/black.

Level 4

I chose the Swiss-made Giromondo GV2 watch.

Grail

For the Grail, choose between one of the three brands. I decided to go for a Rolex because a Rolex is more of an investment if I win.

Once you’ve chosen, it’ll prompt you to purchase your wheel spin, and once the payment has been processed, you’re ready to go. I won the Admiralty watch.

Unboxing

I know time is an illusion, but I’ve got a watch anyway. The box said ‘Nautis – for the open seas,’ and inside was a beautiful watch and a two-year warranty card. I have to be honest; I’m not a watch expert. I know a fair amount about watches, not as much as I could, but I didn’t purchase this as an investment at the end of the day. It’s a fashion watch, and when it comes to fashion watches, you’re looking for something that feels good, looks good, and is quite durable. This watch is made of steel and feels quite high quality.

I removed all of the protective paper and plastic and set the time. I don’t like to get rid of the layer over the screen; I prefer to keep it on for protection, but I’ll get rid of it to show you guys. I had to make it a little tighter because it was too big for my wrist, but the watch is quite heavy. The product looks quite premium compared to other fashion watches, and at the same time, it is quite versatile. I could wear it with almost any outfit. This watch also glows in the dark. It’s harder to see in pictures than in real life, but it looks very green while still allowing you to see the time.

My Thoughts

I found this watch on another website for £165, but I only had to spend $75 on The Wheel. That’s what makes The Wheel unique; you can select the watches you like most and only pay $75 when the minimum retail price elsewhere will exceed $75. You have a chance to win level 2, level 3, and even Grail watches such as a Rolex. Even in the worst-case scenario, you’re getting a better price than if you bought the same watch in a store.

If you’re looking for a watch but tend to get overwhelmed by all available options, The Wheel is perfect for you. I’m someone who finds it quite hard to choose. With The Wheel, you choose a couple of watches you like most and let The Wheel choose for you. I understand that this isn’t for everyone. If you’re not looking for a fun way to buy a new watch or prefer to select your purchases specifically, The Wheel probably isn’t for you. There are pros and cons, but you always end up with a watch worth more than the actual spin cost.

The Wheel doesn’t only offer fashion watches but also many other types of watches and products. You can spin for sports watches or luxury watches. If you’re in the market for a Rolex or any other luxury watch, this might be a fun way to choose.
